Edward Kato’s fitness brand “LÝFT” opens “LÝFT GYM” at Omotesando Hills!

AnyMind Group subsidiary, LÝFT, a direct-to-consumer fitness brand, is pleased to announce the opening of LÝFT GÝM in Omotesando Hills, an icon in Omotesando, the largest fashion area in Japan, on Friday, May 26, 2023.

LÝFT was launched in 2018. The company has developed numerous products as a fitness lifestyle brand, entered the supplement market in 2020, and opened its flagship store in Omotesando in 2021. The LÝFT GÝM in Omotesando Hills will span 400 square metres.

■About the concept

In order to establish a new training culture, LÝFT is dispelling the traditional image of training as a staid and impersonal activity. Training is a way to build a better lifestyle for people in terms of health, shape, mental health, etc. LÝFT has approached the training industry from the standpoint of a fashion brand, but the value that LÝFT aims for is not just about looking fashionable.

The LÝFT GÝM has more than 50 types of training machines, from basic items to maniacal ones.
The gym will offer high quality equipment that is unmatched in Tokyo.

■Offers excellent protein smoothies

A health-conscious, authentic protein smoothie with PFC in mind, based on LÝFT protein and blended with fruits, vegetables, and other nutritionally conscious ingredients. This is a superb flavor that can be recommended to anyone, regardless of gender. You can enjoy our carefully selected smoothies. *Non-members are also welcome to use this service.

All items needed for the gym can be rented. We also have a powder room with nifty items and a shower room. We offer a variety of options that allow you to come empty handed. We also have a rest area available.
