Earlier this year, AnyMind Group had the honor of joining the Agency CxO Summit 2025 hosted by TikTok in Singapore. This exclusive event brought together marketing and e-commerce executives from across Southeast Asia to explore the future of AI-powered marketing, technology innovations, and data-driven strategies.
Siwat Vilassakdanont, Managing Director of AnyMind Group for Thailand, the Philippines, and Cambodia, was invited as a panelist in a session titled “Partnering for Change”, where he shared the stage with executives from M&C Saatchi Performance and Economy. The discussion centered around how brands can integrate creators, e-commerce, and AI to develop measurable, future-ready marketing strategies.
1. More live, more sales: Longer live-stream durations significantly boost visibility, allowing customers more time to make purchase decisions. Data shows that brands that go live for at least 3 hours often see better sales performance.
2. Let your Hero SKU lead: Instead of showcasing every item, highlight your best-selling or most attention-grabbing product (Hero SKU) to attract viewers. Use it as the entry point for effective cross-selling strategies.
3. Price-check regularly: Consumers compare prices across platforms in real-time. Brands must stay competitive with appealing pricing and compelling offers to close sales instantly.
4. Launch with fresh creators: TikTok users value novelty. Partnering with creators who haven’t promoted your brand before can unlock new audiences and drive conversions. Plan a 45-60 day campaign cycle to maximize awareness and traction.
5. Ride the “Live Wave” during key sales moments: Beyond major sales events like payday and double digits events, brands are now strategically planning multi-day “Live Wave” campaigns:
TikTok also offers a Boost Live feature to amplify live viewership during key campaigns. Brands that plan ahead can ride the momentum, appear on trend pages, and unlock major spikes in traffic and conversions.
6. Refresh creatives quarterly
What worked last month may not work today. Brands must continually update their creative materials, from thumbnails to video hooks, to remain relevant and capture user attention.
Siwat shared forward-looking insights alongside leaders from M&C Saatchi Performance and Economy. Their discussion focused on how brands can thrive in an era dominated by AI and measurable results.
