Key Account Executive, B2C

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and performance of assigned ecommerce brands/accounts across marketplaces.
- Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketplace activities to support sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports.
- Coordinate with marketplace representatives to resolve operational issues and explore growth opportunities.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional setups are accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Support account growth initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Account Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with major marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
