What You'll Do
- Scale Partner Networks: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates, influencers, content creators, and publisher platforms aligned with brand goals.
- Manage Structure & Budgets: Configure affiliate SKUs, customized tracking links, and tiered commission structures while managing allocated brand budgets.
- Drive Peak Campaign Activations: Partner with creative teams to equip affiliates with high-converting assets for mega-sale events and live-stream pushes.
- Optimize Partner ROI: Monitor daily channel performance (GMV, conversion rates, ROI) to diagnose underperforming partnerships and scale top performers.
- Streamline Operations: Oversee tracking integrity, fraud prevention, commission payouts, and link attribution across all partner campaigns.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience managing affiliate marketing programs, publisher networks, or strategic partner channels.
- Relationship & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships with top-tier creators and platforms.
- Data Fluency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and affiliate tracking/analytics tools to evaluate channel performance.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Adaptability: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset built for fast-paced e-commerce environments and peak shopping seasons.
