About AnyMind Management Trainee Program

AnyMind Management Trainee Program is a one-year program specially designed for freshers and talents with 1-2 years of working experience who want to fast-track their careers in the Marketing industry. Successful candidates will have opportunities to rotate within departments in Vietnam and become future managers of AnyMind Group.

Who You Are

The qualified candidates should have a strong passion to drive positive impact in the Marketing industry. Candidates should also have high-level problem-solving as well as communication and leadership skills.

• Based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
• Candidates with less than 2 years of full-time experiences
• GPA (Bachelor’s degree, Master degree, MBA) is above 7.0 or equivalent
• Passion in Advertising and Marketing industry
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical, analytical and logical thinking
• Leadership potential
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
• Available for full-time job from July 2022

Selection process

Round 1 – Resume Application

Submit your resume before 23:59pm Friday, 10 June, 2022

Round 2 – Online Aptitude Test

You will be invited to an online aptitude test (IQ, EQ, AQ) where your problem-solving, analytical and logical thinking will be assessed.

Round 3 – Initial Interview with HR

You will be invited to have an interview with our recruiters.

Round 4 – Assessment Center

You will be invited to a full-day assessment center to measure your leadership, teamwork and business capabilities. The assessment center includes both team and individual projects. The assessment center will be conducted offline in our office in Ho Chi Minh city.

Round 5 – Final Interview

You will be invited to our office in Ho Chi Minh city for an interview with our business managers
