Senior Executive, Business Development (Hybrid Client)

A dynamic and results-driven role within AnyMind Thailand, specializing in influencer marketing and media solutions. The Senior Executive, Business Development is responsible for managing a hybrid portfolio of both advertising/digital agency clients and brand clients (direct client). This position requires a professional who can handle the entire lifecycle of a digital marketing campaign, from new business acquisition and strategic planning to flawless execution, performance monitoring, and business growth, all while ensuring optimal results for our clients

 

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for a mixed portfolio of advertising/digital agency clients and direct business clients.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and strategically expand the client portfolio and business area.
  • Develop and plan comprehensive project timelines for assigned digital marketing and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Connect with clients to deeply understand their expectations, translating them into project requirements, and lead the execution team to achieve optimal business results.
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments and coordinate with 3rd parties to acquire necessary support and ensure full contract compliance.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance, identify potential issues, develop and implement solutions to prevent problems, and stand by to resolve critical issues (sometimes requiring support during the weekend).
  • Consolidate comprehensive reports, customizing them to client requirements with key findings, relevant data, insights, and meaningful recommendations.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and account growth based on a thorough understanding of the client's business needs.

 

Who You Are

Must have

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management, or related client-facing role, preferably within a global digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital strategy, and advertising/media solutions, with at least a solid basic knowledge base.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical application of AI tools relevant to their professional tasks (e.g., in content generation, data analysis, or campaign optimization).

 

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in standard computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

 

Where Are Challenges

  • Managing a Hybrid and Diverse Client Portfolio: Effectively serving as the primary point of contact for a mixed portfolio of both advertising/digital agency clients and direct brand clients, each with distinct needs, expectations, and operational cycles.
  • Proactive and On-Call Crisis Management: Maintaining vigilant, proactive monitoring of campaign performance and being prepared to develop and implement solutions to prevent and resolve critical issues, which occasionally requires support outside of standard hours, including on weekends.
  • Driving Aggressive Business Growth and Upselling: Consistently meeting challenging revenue targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and strategically identifying and capitalizing on upselling and account growth opportunities within the current client base.
  • Complex Cross-Functional and External Coordination: Successfully liaising with multiple internal departments and coordinating with various third-party partners to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, client satisfaction, and full contract compliance.
  • Translating Data into Actionable Strategy: Consolidating and customizing comprehensive reports with key findings, relevant data, and deep insights to provide meaningful, actionable recommendations that guide the client's future digital marketing direction.

 

What You've to Achieve

1st Month

  • Learn about Anymind's product services.
  • Understand the Internal and external workflows of all teams.
  • Receive briefs from existing clients sent by the Manager, aiming for a minimum of 5 campaigns (Influencer selection - at least 3 briefs & Influencer Plan - at least 2 briefs).
  • Evaluate the period timeline and cost-effectiveness

 

2nd Month

  • Can present a credential with a client.
  • Find 5 new clients independently (Focus on large clients).
  • Running at least 3 campaigns by herself/himself.
  • Achieve 100% of the fixed month target.

 

3rd Month

  • Achieve 100% of the fixed month target.
  • Retain 2-3 clients.
  • Having 5 accounts on hand.
