Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team. The intern will assist in the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting employer branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Share job posts and promote them on social media at the perfect times to expand our candidate pool!
• Assist in screening CVs and creating shortlists for intern positions.
• Help conduct the online HR interview rounds for intern and junior levels.
• Coordinate interviews with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
• Participate in exciting career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities!
• Assist the line manager with various tasks as needed.

Who You Are

• Final semester University student in HR, Business, English, or other related fields
• Passionate about Human Resources
• Proficiency in English
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
• Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills.
