Key Account Executive, B2C

D2C & EC Enablement, Anywhere

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and performance of assigned ecommerce brands/accounts across marketplaces.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketplace activities to support sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports.
  • Coordinate with marketplace representatives to resolve operational issues and explore growth opportunities.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional setups are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Support account growth initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Account Management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with major marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
