We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and collaborative Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain integration efforts. In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our commercial campaign planning and physical fulfillment operations. By taking authoritative ownership of demand forecasting, inventory management, and campaign synchronization, you will ensure seamless product availability, empowering our Warehouse Operations team to focus exclusively on executing pick, pack, and order fulfillment. This hybrid leadership role requires a sophisticated blend of data-driven demand planning, commercial marketing acumen, and the ability to lead cross-departmental stakeholders toward a unified goal.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the senior liaison and strategic bridge between the Key Account Management (KAM) team and Warehouse Operations, driving processes that ensure harmony and seamless synchronization across departments during high-stakes e-commerce and live commerce campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing supply chain planning team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Architect and execute data-driven forecasting models, ensuring incoming inventory perfectly aligns with promotional traffic projections, sales forecasts, and brand campaign timelines.
  • Command the product procurement process and stock ordering, guaranteeing reliable product availability while proactively implementing strategies to minimize out-of-stock events and mitigate overstock exposure.
  • Partner closely with commercial leadership, applying a deep understanding of marketing plans and brand promotional calendars to ensure supply chain readiness for flash sales, mega-campaigns, and live commerce events.
  • Design and oversee rigorous inventory control policies, directing routine and ad-hoc stock audits to maintain uncompromising accuracy and data integrity across warehouse management systems.

Who You Are

  • Possess a minimum of 5–7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strictly require proven experience within the e-commerce, digital commerce, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrate expert-level data-driven demand planning and analytical skills.
  • Possess deep expertise in establishing inventory control methodologies and rigorous audit processes.
  • Exhibit strong cross-departmental stakeholder management skills, with the authority and confidence to lead high-level discussions with KAMs and Warehouse Directors.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies, promotional traffic drivers, and the fast-paced dynamics of live commerce.

  • Must be willing to work on-site at our headquarters and warehouse facilities in Kota Damansara/Taman Sains Selangor, Petaling Jaya.
