Account Management Executive (Creator Growth & Sponsorship)

As an Account Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our creator monetization solutions at AnyMind Thailand. You will be responsible for managing key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and sales teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless coordination, execution, and optimization of sponsorship campaigns, while delivering exceptional service and achieving both commercial and brand KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic roadmaps and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and content creators to ensure smooth, on-time campaign delivery that hits all brand KPIs.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of sponsorship and monetization campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new business and revenue-generating opportunities to drive sustainable creator growth.
- Establish clear, data-driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the commercial and brand success of campaigns and partnerships.
- Ensure that all creator content, executions, and promotional activities strictly align with the brand guidelines and values of our sponsors.
- Develop comprehensive campaign materials, including detailed budgets, operational timelines, and performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, platform shifts, and competitor activities to deliver data-driven insights and inform strategic business decisions.
- Protect, uphold, and enhance the reputation of our corporate sponsors through exceptional service delivery and relationship management.
- Monitor campaign metrics closely, actively tracking delivery to pinpoint immediate opportunities for optimization.
- Generate insightful performance reports and executive presentations to communicate tangible results and actionable recommendations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Experience 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Influencer Marketing.
- A solid fundamental understanding of the creator ecosystem, digital marketing principles, influencer monetization trends, and short-form video platforms
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses a strong sense of personal task ownership and accountability.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai to communicate effectively across local and regional teams.
- Prior track record or a strong aptitude for utilizing and adapting Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance workflow efficiency
